Rollker ("we", "us", or "our") operates a simulated card game. Gameplay uses virtual chips that have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed, and are not used for real-money gambling. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account data – email address, username, and hashed password when you register.
Profile data – avatar image you choose or upload.
Gameplay data – hand history, virtual chip balances, game results, and in-game actions.
Purchase data – records of virtual chip purchases (no payment card details are stored by us).
Device & usage data – IP address, device type, OS version, and session timestamps for security and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide and operate the Rollker game service.
Process virtual chip purchases and maintain your virtual chip balance.
Display leaderboards and game history.
Detect fraud, cheating, and abuse.
Send transactional messages (e.g. account confirmation). We do not send marketing emails without consent.
Improve the game through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

3. Third-Party Services

RevenueCat – processes in-app purchase receipts on iOS and Android. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Replit – cloud infrastructure and database hosting. See Replit Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and gameplay data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your account credentials, profile, virtual chip balance, login activity, and table participation. To preserve other players' shared hand histories, completed-hand records are retained only after your player identity is removed. Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or refund obligations. 5. Children's Privacy

Rollker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of Rollker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
