Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Rollker. By creating an account or playing the game, you agree to them.
1. The Game
Rollker is a simulated multiplayer card game. The virtual chips shown in the game are gameplay credits only: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be withdrawn, and do not represent a deposit or wager of real money.
2. Virtual Chips and Purchases
Virtual chip packs may be offered through the applicable app store. Store prices are shown in your local currency at checkout; gameplay chip amounts are not currency. Virtual chips are usable only in Rollker, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except where required by applicable law or the relevant store's policy.
3. Accounts and Conduct
You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Do not exploit bugs, automate play, impersonate others, harass players, or attempt to interfere with the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or fairness of the game.
4. Availability
Online features depend on network availability and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every table, match, or feature.
5. Privacy and Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. You can delete your account from the Profile screen or review the public account deletion guide.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
